It's easy to use.
Just select a color from the User's Palette (the row of 'round' color swatches). And start designing your quilt creation today!

The 'black square' around the color swatch on the end of that row (right-most end), that is the 'Erase' color that the drawing canvas is cleared with when you click the 'Clear All' button.
The 'black circle' around the 'left-most' color swatch, indicates that swatch is the 'currently selected' color which is used to draw on the canvas. This is also indicated by the color in the 'Edit Color' box. If you click the 'Edit Color' box, the normal 'color-picker' will appear, and you can select your color, for the selected swatch in your palette.
You can assign colors to each swatch. By selecting the swatch, then click on the 'Edit Color' box.

Choosing colors with the color-picker is hard work. A waste of good quilting time. But, an Easy, Fast, way to get a palette selected and loaded, is by taking a picture of your cloth swatches !
Then open the image with this app using the '📁 Open Image File' button.
What happens next: The image is opened to read the 'most used' colors, -or- the most 'diverse' colors in the image. This is used to create an 'Image Palette' which you can create your 'user palette' from. All just by opening an image. 🤗

Note: Your data is not transmitted to anywhere by using this app. It's a simple web browser based app, and can run offline, once loaded in the browser.
You can load any image.
Your cloth swatches, would be a great place to start. You can visualize your quilt creation better by using the same colors as the cloth you are going to be using in your quilt. 🤗
You can see the new palette, 'Image Palette' once you have loaded an image.
Now, to get an Image Palette color into your User Palette, the 'currently selected' User Palette swatch is loaded with any of the Image Palette swatches you click on. That simple. Select the User swatch to change the color, then click on any one of the Image Palette swatches.
You can also load another image to grab more unique colors which would be a pain to pick via the color-picker.
Loading another image does not effect the 'User Palette' colors.
There are also 'Load and Save' options for loading and saving your design. As well as saving as a PNG image to share with family or friends. On a mobile device, save the PNG image, then 'share' it like any other image, via Email, SMS, or other means. Normally saved in 'Downloads'.
